In this 6-week course we will plunge into yoga and meditation practices aimed at bringing forth the qualities of openness, kindness, self-compassion and awake heart presence.
In each session we will explore sound, breath and other techniques from classical yoga to refine our awareness, balance the energies in the body-mind, and invite an attitude of peace, so that we can connect to the heart.
These practices will prepare us for the heart-centered, guided meditations that follow.
Course fee: $140 per person, for 6 sessions.
