Bio

Peter Fernando trained as a Buddhist monk in the Thai Forest tradition for seven years, and now teaches Insight Meditation and Buddhist mindfulness practices in Wellington, New Zealand. He is the author of ‘Finding Freedom in Illness’, published by Shambhala in 2016, and co-founder of Original Nature Meditation Centre
